Cancellation Policy
☆Carole's is a 100% appointment-based studio, focused on providing a safe, private environment, with outstanding services for every client, no matter the service. We ensure that each client receives the quality time, dedicated, and attention for their services.
☆When scheduling an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit applies towards the Total cost of the service(s) booked and the balance is due on the date and time of the appointment (unless payment arrangements are allowed by the Artist). The deposit varies from each Artist and depends on the service(s) booked.
☆A deposit is required in order to book any appointment. The price varies from $10-$100
depending upon the procedure & Artist chosen when scheduling. The deposit is to ensure that the client is
serious about scheduling an appointment & it provides the Artist with a productive time-management schedule towards all clients and services. The deposit will be deducted from the total
cost of the procedure(s) for the date & time the appointment is scheduled. The balance
may be paid via;

▪︎Debit/Credit (+ added 2.6% fee thru Gloss Genius)
✨️When paying with a credit/debit card, there is an added 5% finance fee added to the balance via our SQUARE ACCOUNT.
🌟Payment Options thru Affirm, Klarna etc are available through GlossGenius or Square for those who qualify + service fees.
☆Clients must provide 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. This policy is to ensure that our team of artists can operate successfully and efficiently with their time & schedules. In addition, it provides a potential opportunity for the Artist to schedule another client in that time/date slot while utilizing their schedules productively. It also assists with supporting our team by minimizing "No-shows" and/or last minute cancelations.
☆All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable from Artist to Artist. If you choose to reschedule within 72 hrs and desire to re-schedule with a different Artist, you must first cancel the appointment from the previous Artist and provide the appropriate deposit for the new Artist and service(s) in order to reschedule.
☆If you need to reschedule or change your appointment, please call or text the number provided by the Artist, and/or contact the studio at 503-646-5478 with 72 hours’ notice & leave a text or voice message. Otherwise, your deposit will be completely forfeited and a new deposit + an additional 10% re-scheduling fee (10% of the service price) will be required to re-schedule. {Example: Service Price is $550, $55 additional deposit will be required on top of the previous required deposit}.
☆In order to reschedule the appointment (if less than 72 hours is provided), a NEW DEPOSIT will be required. You must reschedule your appointment within 12 weeks of your original appointment or as soon as available for you and the Artist.
☆Clients are allowed only ONE (1) reschedule before losing the full deposit (when adequate notice of 72 hrs applies).
☆If you need to re-schedule a 2nd time, the original deposit + and added 15% of the procedure price will be required to reschedule.
